Assistance to educational institutions for children with special needs
Educational institutions play an important role in the development and adaptation of children with special needs to the future life. Specialists work there with them every day, guiding them through appropriate programs tailored to their needs. preschools probably have the greatest influence on whether a child will be able to go to a regular class at school, or whether it will be necessary to attend an inclusive one. Therefore, we want to improve the conditions in educational institutions that need it as much as possible.
Our first project is the support of the only preschool in the Volyn region, which deals with the development of children with hearing and speech disabilities, as well as with such diagnoses as autism and mental retardation. We have already realized several needs of the kindergarten – purchased a laptop for musical and interactive classes, and purchased educational toys for children. Now we aim for larger needs and hope for the support and experience of all caring people!
Cooperation with children’s rehabilitation institutions
Rehabilitation and adaptation of a child helps improve his social and physical skills, facilitate his learning and, in general, life in the everyday world. Technological progress does not stand still, so we constantly come across new methods of treating such children. At our foundation, we believe that every special child deserves comprehensive and modern treatment, thanks to which the quality of his life will improve significantly.
We are actively looking for and are always open to cooperation with medical institutions, hospitals, rehabilitation centers and therapy centers, where children with special needs are helped to develop. Therefore, it is useful for us to have any information about institutions that want and are able to achieve the goal with us.
Assistance to families with children with special needs
A child with special needs in the family always involves more meticulous care, treatment and large financial costs. A single examination can cost from 3 to 6 thousand dollars, which not every parent can afford. Treatment and rehabilitation, special toys and attending many additional classes require a lot of money.
The DENOVO Charitable Foundation also provides full or part-time support to such families.
